1. Refund Policy BranditScan offers refunds exclusively for annual subscription plans. Refund requests for annual plans must be initiated within 10 days of payment receipt and only if BranditScan services have not been used.
To request a refund, clients must contact the BranditScan Support Team through official channels. If the refund request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent detailing the refund amount and next steps. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for processing; the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
2. Order Cancellation For any services or products that are deliverable by shipment, BranditScan accepts order cancellations prior to dispatch. To cancel an unshipped order:

3. Returns Policy (For Physical Products Only)
BranditScan primarily offers digital services, which are generally non-returnable. For any physical products, such as branded merchandise, please review the following terms:
Defective Products: In cases where a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective, BranditScan will accept returns by mail. Customers must contact Support within 10 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
4. Processing Time for Refunds Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 10 business days from the date of refund approval or receipt of a returned item. Original shipping costs are included only in cases of defective product returns.
1-month FREE subscription is available to first-time subscribers only. During the subscription period, you'll have access to our full range of features and services at no cost.
At the end of the FREE subscription, the service will automatically renew at a monthly rate of $45, until it is canceled. An email notification will be sent a few days before the end of your free subscription to remind you that your subscription will automatically renew, at a charged the monthly rate.
Monthly and annual subscriptions otherwise known as a Premium Membership will auto-renew until the service has been canceled. A confirmation of renewal will be sent in the form of an email receipt specifying the amount that has been invoiced.
Add-ons made to a client's plan are to be charged at a pro-rated amount dependent on the number of days remaining before their billing cycle renewal date. If both their Premium Plan & add-on auto-renewal is on, they will be charged at the full amount for the add-on service at their billing date. Add-ons cost $5 USD per keyword. Clients have the ability to cancel their add-on subscription at any time. Clients with annual Premium discounted plans are charged for the complete year.
You are expressly and emphatically restricted from all of the following:
publishing any Website material in any media;
selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
using this Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Website;
using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website, or while using this Website;
using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing;
You can cancel your BranditScan Premium membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the BranditScan service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods.
To cancel, go to the "settings" page and then to your "Membership" tab. Follow the instructions for rebill cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account membership will terminate, view the information on your "Membership" page.

BranditScan Inc. shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between BranditScan Inc. and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Quebec, Canada, and the courts of the State of Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.
BranditScan's Referral Program, also known as "Refer & Earn" allows users to earn 10% from the earnings of their sign-ups that used their referral link. The 10% is for any payments using their referral, or by guardian angel funds associated with that referral. No time limitations. Payouts are sent in USD currency using Cosmo Payment. Users are responsible for entering the correct payout information.
Payout percentages are determined by BranditScan and can be changed at their discretion. BranditScan reserves the right to withhold payout and to disable the referral program for any user. BranditScan may deny any vanity domain at its own discretion. Users who cancel their plan and/or with deleted accounts on BranditScan have a possibility to claim their earnings in their wallets.
Deleted accounts must contact help@branditscan.com for assistance to withdraw. If a user joins without the usage of a referral link, but were sent a referral link prior to them signing up, the referrer or referee should contact help@branditscan.com with the necessary details.
Users may not use their referral link to create multiple accounts for themselves. Agencies that pay for their models cannot earn the 10% referral rate on those accounts. There is no referral bonus for referring an Agency. Referrals can only happen with individual users or Studios. A user can refer another individual or a Studio and receive the referral bonus of 10%. Studios can also refer individuals or other Studios, and they would also receive the 10% referral bonus.
Users with wallet funds that have been associated to a referee chargeback may see these funds removed from their wallets until a resolution with the issuing bank has been done. It is also possible to see a negative wallet balance should funds be withdrawn prior to a chargeback of the payment from your referral.
Add-ons allow users to customize their main scan keywords. BranditScan reserves the right to remove invalid results, turn off add-ons and adjust scan keywords at their discretion. BranditScan is not liable if a scan keyword does not return results, clients have a responsibility to research and request recommendations of scan names before using this feature.
NOTE : BranditScan Inc. reserves the right to contact all former subscribers to offer them it's brand protection service.

Users are responsible for maintaining their safelists and can disable the auto-takedown feature at any time. It is important for users to regularly update their safelists to prevent unwanted takedowns.
BranditScan offers a 30-day pause feature for subscriptions, which takes effect from the first day of the next billing cycle and remains active for 30 days. Once the pause period ends, billing automatically resumes on the next scheduled billing date. During the time the subscription is paused, users are able to cancel their subscription as well as re-instate their subscription.
For Agency accounts, also known as "Principal" network managing accounts, the account holder (whether an individual or company) is responsible for initiating and managing takedowns on behalf of registered users.
Liability
BranditScan is not liable for any consequences resulting from takedowns initiated by the Principal or their models. The Principal acknowledges the risk that removed content may not be restored and that BranditScan is not responsible for such outcomes.
Communication and Documentation:
Termination
BranditScan reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion and without cause at any time. This means that accounts can be terminated by BranditScan without prior notice or the need to provide a reason. Users should be aware that their access to BranditScan's services may be discontinued unexpectedly under this provision.
Non-Delegation of Rights and Obligations
Principal accounts are prohibited from assigning, subcontracting, or otherwise delegating any of their rights or obligations under this agreement, whether in whole or in part, and whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without obtaining prior written consent from BranditScan. Any attempt to do so without such consent may result in the termination of the account.
