This Website is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you must not use this Website if you a minor.

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, under these Terms, BranditScan Inc. and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
3. Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy
Refund Policy
BranditScan offers refunds exclusively for annual subscription plans. Refund requests for annual plans must be initiated within 10 days of payment receipt and only if BranditScan services have not been used.
To request a refund, clients must contact the BranditScan Support Team through official channels. If the refund request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent detailing the refund amount and next steps. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for processing; the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Issued
- Payments made with coupon codes
- Monthly subscription plans
- Cases where a valid DMCA Takedown counterclaim is accepted by an ISP/OSP
- Situations where the jurisdiction of the ISP/OSP does not enforce the DMCA policy
- Purchases of Guardian Angel Gifts
Order Cancellation
For any services or products that are deliverable by shipment, BranditScan accepts order cancellations prior to dispatch. Contact our Support Team immediately, referencing your order number. If the cancellation request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent, and any funds will be refunded within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Returns Policy (For Physical Products Only)
BranditScan primarily offers digital services, which are generally non-returnable. For any physical products, such as branded merchandise, defective items may be returned within 10 days. BranditScan does not accept returns for customer remorse.
Processing Time for Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 10 business days from the date of refund approval or receipt of a returned item.
4. Auto-Renewal
A 50% discount is available to first-time subscribers on their first month. After the first discounted month, your subscription will automatically renew at the full rate corresponding to your selected plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. BranditScan currently offers the following subscription tiers: Premium ($69/month or $690/year) and White Glove ($149/month or $1,490/year).
All memberships (both monthly and annual) will continue to auto-renew until canceled. Legacy plan users retain their rate of $45/month as long as their membership is active or paused.
Add-on Renewal
Add-ons are charged at a pro-rated amount. Add-ons cost $5 USD per keyword. Clients can cancel their add-on subscription at any time.
5. Restrictions
You are expressly restricted from:
- Publishing any Website material in any media
- Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material
- Using this Website in any way that is damaging or impacts user access
- Engaging in any data mining, harvesting or extracting activities
- Using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your BranditScan membership at any time, and you will continue to have access through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial membership periods.
7. No Warranties
BranditScan uses advanced algorithms to scan the internet and identify potential infringements. We cannot guarantee that all infringements will be identified. Results are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BranditScan Inc., nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of your use of this Website.
9. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify BranditScan Inc. from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.
11. Variation of Terms
BranditScan Inc. is permitted to revise these Terms at any time.
12. Assignment
BranditScan Inc. may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign yours without consent.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between BranditScan Inc. and you in relation to your use of this Website.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the State of Delaware, USA.
15. Referral Program - "Refer & Earn"
Users earn 10% from the earnings of their sign-ups that used their referral link. Payouts are sent in USD via Cosmo Payment. BranditScan reserves the right to modify the referral program at its discretion.
16. BranditScan Add-ons
Add-ons allow users to customize their main scan keywords. BranditScan reserves the right to remove invalid results and adjust scan keywords at their discretion.
17. Forum Rules
Users must maintain respectful language, avoid harassment, contribute constructively, and respect intellectual property rights. BranditScan administrators reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.
18. Blog
Blog content is for general guidance and informational purposes only. Always conduct your own research before making decisions based on blog content.
19. Auto-Takedowns Liability Disclosure
Users are responsible for managing their profile settings, including safelists and keywords. BranditScan is not responsible for outcomes related to auto-takedown settings.
20. 30-Day Billing Pause
BranditScan offers a 30-day pause feature for subscriptions, which takes effect from the first day of the next billing cycle.
21. Principal Accounts
Agency/Principal accounts are responsible for initiating and managing takedowns on behalf of registered users. Principals must ensure quality takedowns, maintain whitelists, and obtain written approval from each model.
22. Platform Content Scanning & Data Collection
By adding whitelisted profile URLs, you grant BranditScan permission to access and collect publicly available information for content protection purposes. We do not download, store, or redistribute your actual content files.
