Attending events in Los Angeles always comes with its own set of challenges, but this year’s XBIZ LA and X3 Expo took the unpredictability to a whole new level. With looming wildfires that left us questioning if the event would happen, it felt like the odds were stacked against us. But if there’s one thing we’ve learned about this industry, it’s that challenges often bring us closer together. Amid the chaos, our week was filled with resilience, community, and unforgettable memories.

Kicking Off XBIZ LA: A Creator’s Haven

At BranditScan, we’re all about fostering connections, and this year, we partnered with FansRevenue to sponsor a unique Creator Meet-Up during XBIZ LA. What made this event truly special was its exclusivity—only content creators were invited. No companies, no distractions—just creators coming together to network, collaborate, and share ideas in a safe, judgment-free space.

The energy in the room was electric. The speed networking setup allowed creators to form meaningful connections, sparking potential collaborations that will no doubt lead to amazing content in the future. We were proud to be part of something so impactful. Seeing creators uplift one another reminded us why we’re so passionate about this community. It’s not just about the work—it’s about the relationships, the camaraderie, and the support that make this industry so unique.

X3 Expo: Thrones, Money Walls, and Pure Fun

If XBIZ LA was about intimate connections, X3 was about turning up the energy. Our booth shared with FansRevenue was a showstopper, featuring a throne-themed setup and a stunning money wall that drew everyone’s attention. It took hours of meticulous preparation—sitting, gluing, and zip-tying everything into place. To be honest, stepping away from our screens and diving into arts and crafts was oddly therapeutic. It gave us a chance to bond as a team while unleashing our creative side.

Once the booth was ready, we hit the ground running for two action-packed days. Models and creators flocked to our space, snapping photos on the throne, grabbing some branded gear, and even running live scans to protect their content. And then there was the money gun—a highlight for everyone who stopped by. Watching creators strike their best poses as they were showered in flying cash made for some unforgettable photo ops.

We even hosted a stage giveaway where our amazing BranditScan creators brought the energy, dancing their hearts out and getting the crowd hyped. The vibe was electric, but the real showstopper was Bia’s performance. With money raining down and the entire team front and center, it was a moment that felt surreal—one of those “we’re really here” kind of experiences that you never forget.

Overcoming the Unexpected

Pulling off events of this scale is no easy feat, and this year was no exception. The fires in LA cast a shadow of uncertainty over the entire week, leaving everyone wondering if the events would proceed as planned. And just when we thought we’d cleared that hurdle, an unexpected delay on the afternoon of X3 added another layer of stress making us all unsure if the event would continue. But in true LA fashion, the community came together, proving once again that the adult industry is built on resilience and adaptability.

Despite the hardships, there was an overwhelming sense of togetherness throughout the week. Creators, companies, and fans leaned on one another, sharing resources, laughs, and even a few tears.

A Natural Collaboration: BranditScan x FansRevenue

Creators Who Brought the Energy at X3

One highlight of the week was our shared video shoot with FansRevenue, featuring the talented Nova Hawthorne (@nova_hawthorne) who flew all the way in from Australia! & the sweet-yet-fierce Searra Rimes (@searrarimes). Their energy and passion made this shoot unforgettable!

Our X3 booth was buzzing with excitement, thanks to some incredible creators who showed up and showed out

  • SuedeThePlug (@godcarleon), our official BranditScan ambassador, brought unmatched energy and charisma to the event.
  • SubGirl (@subgirl0831) flew in just for X3, and her enthusiasm was contagious as she connected with fans and creators alike.
  • Maisey Monroe (@MaiseyMonroe) proved she was born to shine, getting up on stage not once, not twice, but three times to shine in the spotlight!

Their presence made the booth unforgettable and perfectly captured the spirit of X3!

Reflections on the Week

As the dust settles, we’re left with hearts full of gratitude. Events like XBIZ LA and X3 aren’t just about showcasing brands or promoting products—they’re about building relationships and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether it was watching creators connect at the Meet-Up, seeing smiles light up at our booth, or dancing in the energy of Bia’s performance, every moment was a reminder of why we do what we do.

We’re proud to have been part of such a memorable week alongside FansRevenue, and we’re even prouder of the community that made it all possible. So here’s to the creators, the fans, the companies, and everyone who made XBIZ LA and X3 an unforgettable experience. Thank you for showing up, for supporting one another, and for reminding us why this work matters. LA—you’re in our hearts.
